I 'beat up Justin Trudeau': Matthew Perry

Canada's Justin Trudeau invited President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka to attend a Broadway musical celebrating Canadian hospitality towards foreigners following the 9/11 attacks.

Matthew Perry considers himself half-Canadian, but he just revealed a rather ill-mannered and un-Canadian story about himself and a very young Justin Trudeau. The reason? As best as Perry can recall, it was pure jealousy.

"It's wonderful to see their faces, meeting the prime minister, shaking his hand, and having him say "thank you" ... for them to realize how extraordinary it is to all of us".

"My favorite person beat up our favorite person", said Pavithra Joshi on Facebook. I didn't want to beat him up. "Yeah, I think he said, 'I'm gonna rise above this, and I'm gonna become prime minister'".

Kimmel asked if Trudeau, now 45, had Secret Service following him around, suggesting that if Barron Trump was beat up "You'd be in a stockade right now; you'd be in Russian Federation somewhere".

Mr. Perry, who remains a dual citizen in America and Canada, said he hasn't had any contact with Mr. Trudeau in their adult lives.
