Call of Duty WWII Officially Confirmed, Full Reveal Coming Next Week

But "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" brought the timeline forward and made the series a must-buy for gamers.

The Call of Duty: WWII leak occurred in late March of this year, when we could see footage of some game cases and promotional art. This leaves the whole weekend for the internet to speculate, bash, and praise Sledgehammer's move, until more information is revealed on the live stream, April 26th 10AM PST.

The next game in the "Call of Duty" series has been confirmed - and it's heading back to its roots.

Furthermore, in today's reveal of the Call of Duty WW2, the only missing thing was the game's trailer.

For the past two and a half years, the crew traveled the world learning more about the World War's roots, and Condrey is happy to go into more detail about their time spent overseas. Interestingly, there was no projected release date for the upcoming shooter.

Call of Duty is a series that comes out yearly and amasses millions of players.

It also confirms that the developer is Advanced Warfare creator Sledgehammer Games, which is who everyone assumed would be working on the game. And maybe Nintendo Switch?
